Job Description
As a UI/UX Designer at Idiosys, you will shape the experience of products used by 159+ clients across the globe. You will be involved end-to-end — from discovery and research through wireframes, high-fidelity design, and hands-on collaboration with engineers during build. You will also help evolve our design system into a tool the whole team relies on.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead user research, wireframing, and high-fidelity design for web and mobile
- Maintain and evolve our design system in Figma
- Partner with engineering to ensure shipped UI matches intent
- Present design rationale to internal teams and external clients
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years designing digital products with a portfolio to show
- Deep fluency in Figma, including components, variants, and auto-layout
- A strong eye for typography, spacing, motion, and visual hierarchy
- Bonus: prototyping, micro-interactions, illustration, or front-end fundamentals
