Job Description
As a Senior React Developer at Idiosys, you will lead frontend development for our flagship products Idiotime and Idiocom, alongside select client engagements. You will work in a small, senior-heavy team where every engineer owns features end-to-end — from technical design through deployment and post-launch iteration. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy shaping architecture, mentoring peers, and shipping polished, performant UI that real customers use every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build reusable, accessible React components using Next.js and Tailwind CSS
- Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to turn specs into shippable features
- Review PRs, mentor mid-level engineers, and raise the bar on frontend code quality
- Profile and optimize performance across Core Web Vitals and runtime behavior
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional React experience with strong TypeScript fundamentals
- Hands-on with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and modern state management patterns
- Comfortable owning features end-to-end including testing and deployment
- Clear written communicator — writes good PR descriptions and docs
